What is included in a eztalks free account?

You will have full access to all features during your eztalks free account. No credit card details are required.

We provide you with 0.5 USD for your balance. You can test the service for a maximum of 30 days.

You can test sending SMS globally, as long as you have credit left.

How am I charged when using eztalks services?

eztalks has no subscription cost and all products and services with the Pay-As-You-Go price model.

eztalks deduct the cost from your account balance for:

  • Sending text messages (SMS, MMS)

  • Buying a dedicated number

How secure are payments on eztalks website?

eztalks does not store credit or debit card details on this website. All payment data is securely stored by a third-party payment gateway including and .

How long does it take to update to my account balance?

Payment via credit/debit card or PayPal

SMS credit is loaded instantly if you pay via credit/debit card or PayPal.

Note: If our fraud protection tool recognizes a high-risk score, it might take 24 hours to approve the order.

Bank transfer

If you make a bank transfer, we will add it to your account once we receive the money.

Can I disable the Auto-recharge ?

Sure, you can disable Auto-recharge anytime you wish.

We highly recommend you use Auto-recharge if:

  • You have a dedicated number.

  • You use a call forwarding service.

  • Your service operations are very dependent on the SMS service.

How to charge SMS message?

We don't charge for sending messages with failed. All incoming SMS are free.

Here are the most common reasons why messages fail to be delivered:

  • The recipient’s mobile phone was switched off or was out of the coverage area.

  • The mobile provider was experiencing difficulties.

How does two-way SMS chat work and how to charge?

Before you can send two-way SMS chat, you should buy a private virtual phone number with SMS and MMS capabilities from eztalks first. Then you can use this number to send two-way chats. You are only charged for the message that you send. All incoming SMS are free.

Can I request a refund for my balance?
Why was my payment declined?

Normally there are two main reasons why a payment may be declined:

  • eztalks admin canceled your order because of the high risk.

  • Your bank did not authorize the payment.

Can I remove my credit card or Paypal?

Sure. You can remove any payment method without Auto-recharge enabled. If Auto-recharge is enabled with this card or PayPal, you should disable it first.
