eztalks provide call recording features to let you record all outbound and inbound calls easily. There are two ways to record your call.

Method 1: Enable Recording on the Phone Number Configuration Page

  1. On the left-hand side of the screen, click "Phone Numbers," then select "My Number."

  2. Locate your private number and click the configure icon to access the configuration page.

  3. Within the configuration page, enable the recording feature. You can enable outbound recording, inbound recording, or both, depending on your needs.

Method 2: Use the Recording Button During a Call

  1. While on a call, locate the recording button on the call control panel.

  2. Click the recording button to initiate call recording.

  3. Click the recording button again to stop recording the call.

Following these simple steps, you can easily record your inbound and outbound calls using eztalks' call recording feature.
