To make an online call with eztalks, log in to your account, go to the "Voice" tab on the left-hand side of the screen, and click "Make a call." Enter the number you wish to call and click "Call." Click here to learn details.
Call forwarding is a feature that allows incoming calls to be automatically redirected to another phone number or voicemail. Click here to learn more details.
To configure call forwarding with eztalks, log in to your account and navigate to the "Phone number" tab on the screen's left side. Select "My Number" and choose the number you wish to forward. Next, proceed to the configuration page and input the forwarding number. Click here to learn more details.
To create a welcome speech with eztalks, log in to your account and go to the "Phone number" tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Select "My Number" and choose the relevant phone number. Then, navigate to the configuration page and set up your welcome speech. You have the option to input text which eztalks will automatically convert to speech or you can upload a pre-recorded voice file instead.
